We specialize in cushions and related home comfort products. While we strive to provide accurate product details, including sizes, materials, colors, pricing, and availability, minor variations may occur due to handmade processes, fabric batches, or screen display differences.

3. Orders & Payments

When placing an order on our website:

• You agree that all information provided by you is accurate and complete.
• All prices are listed in INR/Rs and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment must be completed in full before shipping.
• We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your products within the estimated timeframe. However:

• Delivery times may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
• Shipping charges, will be displayed at checkout.

5. Returns, Replacement & Cancellation
As our cushion covers are curated in small batches, we do not offer returns for change of mind, size, or color preference.

We will happily offer a replacement only if the product arrives damaged/defective or if the wrong item was sent.

To be eligible for replacement, you must email us at info@mycorner.in within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and a clear unboxing video showing the damage/wrong item. The product must be unused and in original condition with tags, packaging, and invoice intact.

Products purchased during clearance or sale events are not eligible for replacement.

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
