Refund and Returns Policy

1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

As our cushion covers are curated in small batches, hence we do not offer returns for change of mind.

We will happily replace your order if:

• The product arrives damaged or defective
• The wrong item was sent

To request a replacement, please follow these steps:

• Email us at info@mycorner.in
• Mention your Order ID and reason for replacement
• Attach video within 48hrs of delivery (in case of damaged or wrong product)
• Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
• Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on replacement shipping.

Note:

• Due to the nature of different fabrics, slight variations in color and texture are natural and not considered defects.
• No returns. Only replacement for damage/defective items within 48hrs.
• For replacement, the product must be unused and in original condition along with original packaging, with tags, invoice, are intact
• Products purchased during clearance or sale events cannot be claimed for replacement

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
